The search is over in Seattle!Jimi was found this morning in... I received this @ 12:10 PM CST:
"I just found it about 10 minutes ago... some other people were looking for it too! Oh well, I FOUND JIMI HENDRIX!"
I was SO happy to receive this e-mail!!! It made my weekend! Congratulations!
More details to come.
I also received this note from my friend Dustin who is really excited about SEEK:
Seems like it would be fun if the cities were places where you may or may not know someone there. For instance, I don't have a single friend in Australia. however, if a clue was dropped in said city, I would try to forge a friendship with someone via facebook or the like to find the box. However, the clues get dropped so fast, there hardly seems time for that. Either I will know someone there or I wont.
SEEK has a few objectives and they are not all going to be revealed right now. You will learn all about them when we publish the magazine when the project is complete. Remember, this is also a social experiment. But if you know me, I'm all about making new friends. So perhaps you are onto something Dustin... Here are some hints for those who SEEK: I will always give one clue as to which city the box will be hidden in. I will do this at least 24-48 hours before I hide the box. Then I will give a photo clue. Then a few text clues. Throughout the summer I will be hiding clues in a variety of ways...... ALL clues will be communicated FIRST through my twitter - so sign up! Why? Because you might be out looking for the box and I could be giving more clues that you can follow on your phone... Twitter is convenient.
Make some new friends and get creative! One box down, 22 more to go!
Next clue: The next piece hits a little too close to home.....
more to come..

Hey Duane~! ^^ I'm still in happiness mode from finding Jimi... hehehehehe. ^^; My Dad thought this was fun to do, and he even offered to drive me around during the summer to look for more boxes! A roadtrip sounds awesome, no? :]
RAD!!!
MARIA - You're the coolest person we know. Well you and your dad. A roadtrip sounds awesome! Very awesome!
A roadtrip sounds nice, but like where the next box is, the boxes need to be close to home for me, or a couple states over is what my dad says. ^_^
So... is there anybody around who lives in Oklahoma...? :P
I'm thinking the Oklahoma search will be vicious.
